CONDO OWNERS WHO RENT THEIR UNIT
 

1.  You must pick up a Rental Application from the office.

 
2.  The application must be filed with the office 30 days prior to the date the tenant will arrive.

3.  You must pay a $50.00 processing fee.

 4.  The tenant must have an interview in person or by phone and be approved by the Condo Board. 

REMEMBER TO PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER FOR THE TENANT SO THE INTERVIEW CAN TAKE PLACE IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN PERSON.

5.  No Rental can be for less than three months and that means the same tenant  must occupy the unit for that 3 month period.

6.  If the tenant has animals, a dog may not weigh more than 20 pounds and the tenant must provide proof of rabies inoculation and a current dog registration from the community in which they permanently reside. A cat must also have proof of rabies inoculation and registration if such registration is required in the tenants     
permanent city or town.

7. Tenant may not move into your unit until you have received approval from the Condo Board.

8. Failure to comply with the documents and rules of the community regarding rentals may result in a fine being imposed on the unit owner .

Special Fines:

$40.00 Rule of Condo Board
Failure to remove items from unit if leaving for
more than 3 months. ie: moveable flag poles not
cemented in ground, large flower pots,
yard ornaments, umbrella clotheslines.

$50.00 per day after the 6 months 7.4
Children living in unit after 6 months occupancy

$20.00 per day until they are out of the community
Having more than 2 dogs and cats or large dogs 7.5.1.3 & 7.5.1.4



*******************POOL GUEST TAGS************************

All red guest passes will be invalid effective July 1, 2011. Anyone having red 3-month guest passes may return those passes to the office beginning on June 18, 2011. Anyone with red passes arriving at the pool beginning July 1, 2011 will not be allowed to remain until they obtain the new passes from the office or pool monitors.  Pool monitors will have new passes for a charge of $5.00.  Red passes need to be returned to the office for a refund of $5.00, that was charged you at issuance.

                                             NEW ANIMAL RULES

RENTAL UNIT - ANIMAL RULES

Anyone renting in Snug Harbor Lakes is allowed to have animals, 2 cats and 2 dogs, with the unit owner’s permission and the following.

The rental application must include a Snug Harbor Lakes application form with all required documentation as follows:1) A copy of a current Rabies inoculation certificate or tag.

2) A copy of current registration form or tag from Brevard County or the City/State where the applicant resides.

3) A picture of the animal/animals.

No dog may exceed 20 pounds in weight.
*If the dog is a puppy, the breed must be provided.

Both cats and dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. No dog or cat may be outside the home without the animal’s owner.

Animal owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animal (s) and when being walked, no animal is to be allowed on another unit’s property.

Failure to comply with the Condominium Documents and/or rules may result in termination of the lease.

Condo owners are reminded
that they are should re-register their cats and dogs in the month of January.  Be sure to provide proof of current rabies inoculation and registration with Brevard County or the City, Town, State or County where you reside.  REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED ANNUALLY.

Until further notice is given, the Condominium Association will meet on Thursdays at 10AM to review Architectural Review Committee Applications.

A list will be posted each week on all applications received by 12:00PM on Wednesday.
